Compression spring
Ressort Masselin is known not only as a spring manufacturer but also as a partner able to integrate compression springs in complete sub-assemblies.
Most compressions springs submitted to us are custom and as such before any kind of integration, they are calculated by our engineering department and if needed prototyped by our workshop.
The capacities at Ressort Masselin enable us to manufacture any kind of compression spring ranging from 0.2 mm to 94 mm in wire diameter with a maximum of 700 mm OD. The springs can either be hot or cold rolled before they are grinded, painted and tested.
As a ISO9001 and EN9100 certified company, no spring leaves our factory unless they have been controlled either by certified operators or our quality manager, depending upon the customer specifications.
